BAMIDELE ONALAJA
Bamidele holds his first degree in Economics and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA, Marketing) from the Lagos State University (LASU)
He proceeded to the University of Lagos (UNILAG) where he had his advanced Diploma in Project management and became a member of the project management institute (PMI) in the United States of America.
In 2004 He joined Agbara Estates Ltd as the marketing manager to pioneer the sale of the “Vivas Home Project” within the estate and other phases of development which recorded monumental success.
Thereafter He joined Refuge Home Savings and Loan Ltd (Mortgage Bankers) as the head of projects and business development, where he pioneered the department and guided the bank into acquiring several landed properties such as the “BEAUFORT ROYALE ESTATE”, an estate of over 170 acres of land, part of which was Refuge Estate a development of 2 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms and 4 bedroom semidetached duplexes in the Mowe area of Ogun state also RHEMA ESTATE Ibafo comprising of various development built on about 75 acres of land and the NEXT LEVEL SHOPPING COMPLEX Akowonjo in Lagos which created mortgage opportunities for the bank as the banks customers were able to acquire the various properties. Over the years, with his dedication to service Bamidele was able to grow the banks real estate investment and also took the responsibility of starting the banks facility management department of the bank.
He later joined Cornerstone Mortgage Bank as the Head, Mortgage Operations. Being a new department, he was responsible for the creation of both short term and long term mortgages through the various real estate products and development such as the ROSE GARDEN ESTATE, ABESAN LAGOS to meet the banks ever increasing customers demand and also drive the National Housing Fund (NHF) for the various customers and cooperatives of the bank.
Bamidele joined Safetrust Mortgage Bank (Formerly Sterling Homes) as the Branch Manager for the Ikeja branch to drive the business activities of the bank.
He resigned from Safetrust Mortgage Bank to focus on his own business “REVOLUTIONPLUS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED” a game changing Real Estate Development Company. Recently, he was awarded the Real Estate Entrepreneur of the Year and award he has won back to back at the Real Estate Excellence Awards organised by Betamedia ltd. Also, he was awarded the Real Estate personality of the year award at the 2019 City People Magazine awards. He’s also the founder of the Chris Bamidele Onalaja Foundation which empowers widows yearly , provide child and Maternal health , Economic Empowerment, Free Scholarships and also runs a full fledged private school Toldel Nur. and Pry School in Ikorodu fully free to educate less privileged children whose parents cannot afford a private school in that axis. Also, giving scholarships to students up to university level.
Bamidele is Married and blessed with 2 lovely children.

TOLULOPE ONALAJA
Married to the Chief Executive Officer of RevolutionPlus Property, Tolulope Onalaja was born in Lagos and grew up in Lagos. She’s the Executive Director of Revolutionplus property and she overseas all the branches operation in Nigeria and the international office in dallas Texas, USA. She had her primary school education in Our lady of Apostles private school, Yaba, Lagos. She had her Secondary School Education in Methodist girls high school and finished in1996. She proceeded to the University of Ibadan and graduated with a B.Ed in Counselling Psychology.
She also holds a post graduate diploma in Management and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Calabar in 2010. She is an alumni of the Enterprise Development Center (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University, where she had a certificate in Entrepreneurial Management (CEM 40 Class). She has over 18years work experience cut across the real estates and facility Management sector. She resigned as the chief operating officer of a renowned facility Management Company in Nigeria (IFS/Draiklinas) to join the foremost Real Estate Company (RevolutionPlus Property) in Nigeria as the Executive Director in 2016.
She has won several awards in the real estate sector within the period she joined Revolutionplus Property and the most recent of all is the award of the Real Estate Couple of the year 2018 from the 4th City People real estate awards in July 2018.
She recently got an award as the most enterprising woman in real estate 2018 and 2019 respectively from Beta media Ltd organizers of the Real Estates Excellence award .
A current member of Rotary club of Ogudu GRA, a past President of Rotary club of Lagos west , a Major donor to the Rotary foundation haven given over 10,000 USD to the foundation.
She’s also the Co-founder of Chris Bamidele Onalaja foundation which empowers widows yearly and set up a full fledged private school Toldel Nur and pry school in ikorodu fully free to educate the less privileged children whose parents cannot afford a private school in that axis.
Also giving scholarships to various children up to university level.
Her hobbies are reading and traveling. She is blessed with two adorable and lovely children, Oluwadamilola and Oluwabusolami Onalaja.

ADEJIMI OLUGBENGA
GBENGA ADEJIMI a native of Ibadan, oyo state. He was born in lagos and grew up in lagos. He had his primary school education in Ansa-ru-Deen primary school, olukotun, Maroko, Victoria, Island,Lagos. He had his secondary school education in Adeolu secondary school, tolu ,apapa, Lagos and finished in 1996. He proceeded to Federal polytechnic Bida Niger state and graduated with National Diploma in Accountancy with upper credit division. He proceeded to further study at Lagos City Polytechnic, Ikeja, where he graduated with higher national diploma In accountancy, upper credit division.
He also obtained his B.Sc. degree in Southwestern university ijebu, Ogun state. Also has master in business administration and specialize in (MBA FINANCE) from Ladoke Akintola university ogbomoso, Oyo state. He is a member of prestigious and foremost professional bodies in Nigeria and abroad.
He is a member of Institution of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Administration, Certified Institute of Cost Management, Chartered Institute of Management Accountant (Nigeria). Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Economics of Nigeria and a member of Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. He has over 17years work experience across the manufacturing real estates and facility management sector.
He started his career as an account officer in year 2002 in Eat rite fast food at Victoria Garden City(VGC) Ajah. He worked at Lagos toast limited as accountant in 2004. Also joined Tastee fried chicken limited in 2006 as the branch internal auditor. His last place of work before joining REVOLUTIONPLUS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED was Plusworld roofing limited and Plusworld realtors and investment limited, where he served in the capacity of head of account /group finance controller in January 2014.
He joined REVOLUTIONPLUS PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LIMITED on 19th February, 2018 as Head of Account/ Assistance General Manager.

ADERINMOLA OLUSANYA
'Derinolu as she is fondly called , had her first degree at Covenant University from 2005 - 2009 where she studied sociology and due to her passion for understanding workplace dynamics and processes, she proceeded to the University of Ibadan in 2014 where she obtained her second degree in sociology majoring in Industrial Sociology.
Starting out her career as an Administrator, she has obtained over seven (7) years experience in Human Resources cutting across the Oil and Gas, Consulting, Logistics, Educational and now at the Real Estate Sector of the society doing what she loves to do best. Very hardworking and diligent, she prides herself as being adept in performance management, organizing and restructuring work processes Human Resources Department startup recruitment and administration.
She is a member of Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) as well as a member of society for member of the society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). At her leisure time, she volunteers at church as well as social programs and she loves to try out organic skin therapies.

DAVID OLUSOLA AKOMOLAFE
A calm and meticulous Builder with the ability to lead project teams throughout the execution of a construction project. Who pays attention to details and always strives for excellence and precision at all times.
David hails from Ikere, Ekiti-State. He graduated with distinction from the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti, (FPA) where he studied Building Technology. He went for his postgraduate studies at Federal University of Technology Akure, (FUTA) where he graduated with upper credit in Construction Management.
He is also a trained and certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Corporate member Nigeria institute of Building (NIOB) (In-View).
He has many years of experience as a Site Builder/Engineer. He has worked in many construction companies but a few to mention; Kadelrock Engineering and Construction Company , Samnoble Technical Services, Levites Practeco Construction and now with Revolutionplus Property Development Company Ltd.

IDOWU ADENIKE
Idowu Adenike Tokunbo is a honest, dedicated and result oriented Electrical Electronics Engineer of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. A native of osun state in oriade local government that grew up in lagos state and had her primary and secondary school in lagos state also. Adenike has worked as a customer care relations officer with network insurance Brokers Limited before which she was attached to DVC Limited Lagos for a one year industrial experience. She went on to become Fund Transfer Officer in Wema Bank Plc and currently working with the ambitious and record breaking Revolutionplus Property Development Company Limited. With over 7 years’ experience in various fields and level of human relations.

NEHITA OKODUWA
Nehita obtained her LLB from the prestigious university of benin, she was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in 2014. She is an experienced legal practitioner with a demonstrated history of working in the law practice industry. Skilled in research, corporate law, legal advise and commercial litigation.

ROSETTA SADADI
Rosetta Sadadi obtained her B.L from the University of Uyo, Akwa-ibom State in 2014.
She proceeded to obtain her LL.B from the Nigerian Law School (Lagos Campus) between 2014 and 2015 and was subsequently called to the Nigerian Bar in December, 2015.
She started out her career in Erudite Legal Practitioners in 2016 as a Junior Counsel where she was exposed to active litigation and secretarial experience.
In 2018, she moved to Odutola, Odutola & Co in a quest to focus on her area of future specialization; which is property law. She was assigned to the property department where she was in charge of obtaining Governor’s consent on title documents, drafting of agreements and overall conduct of due diligence on landed properties and the likes. She also represented the chamber in cases pertaining to this jurisdiction.
In 2019, she joined RevolutionPlus Property Company Limited as the Company’s Legal Adviser.
She is a practical thinker with the capacity to convert projections to result and with vast experience in Property Law, Litigation, Legal Drafting and General Commercial Advisory.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

OLAYEMI AIYEOLA
Olayemi Aiyeola has a significant background in leading teams to build and maintain great customer relationships and deliver quality services. Customer service is an integral part of RevolutionPlus Property’s customer value proposition. Implemented feedback loops allow us to capture feedback to improve customer service and ensure that quality and service exceed customer expectations.
Olayemi is the Head of Customer service, she acts as a liaison between customers and RevolutionPlus Property Customer Service department making sure that the lines of communication remain open.
Olayemi hails from Ogun State. She graduated with distinction from University of Lagos, where she studied Economics Education, she had her secondary school in Queens College Yaba Lagos state and primary school in Providence Nursery and Primary school Lagos state. In 2012 She started her real estate career with Wealth Island Properties thereafter she joined Propertymart Real Estate Investment Limited in 2015.
She joined the Leading Real Estate company in the country and beyond RevolutionPlus Property 2020 as Head of Customer Service where she strives to build trust and strong long term relationships with RevolutionPlus Property’s customers.

DAMILOLA ALFRED
Damilola Alfred Oyeyipo is an accomplished Media and Digital Communication Professional, a graduate of University of Ibadan where she studied Language and Communication Skills. A native of Ondo state in Ajowa Akiko North West local government and she grew up in Ibadan Oyo state and had her primary in Ariyo Kiddies Campus Challenge Ibadan and secondary school in Saint Anne’s secondary school Molete Ibadan Oyo state. Damilola has worked as a presenter and voice over artist with NUJ, Media consultant with Oyo state Road Maintenance Agency, Media consultant for Coop Exchange Credit Union, Head of Billboard construction team at CFI Media Holdings. She went on to become Head of Print Media Unit for Adron Homes and Properties and currently working with the No 1 real estate company in the country and beyond RevolutionPlus Property. With over 13 years’ experience in Media and Digital Communication.
